Payment Method

1. Credit Card: Only VISA, Master, and JCB are acceptable
2. Bank Transfer
  • Bank Transfer Fees: If paying via bank transfer, you (the remitter) must cover all associated transaction and transfer fees.
  • Payment Proof: Once the transfer is completed, you must email the payment receipt to the Congress Secretariat of ASCAPAP 2027 to confirm your registration.
  • Overseas Transactions: The final charge in your local currency will depend on your bank's exchange rate on the exact date of the transaction.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before Friday, October 29, 2027: 70% refund
  • Cancellation from Friday, October 29, 2027: No refund
